1Use of Services

You may use Theme Palette for personal or commercial purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Our services include color palette generation, live layout sandboxes, theme collections, and educational resources about design workflows. You agree not to misuse our services or interfere with their operation, including attempting to circumvent any security measures, introduce malicious code, or engage in any activity that disrupts the functionality of our color tools.

Theme Palette grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for their intended purposes. This license does not include any resale of our core service structures or scraping data without express written permission.

2Intellectual Property

All custom designs, mock UI code templates, logo marks, and visual systems belong to Theme Palette and its parent brand, Coloraccy. You may copy and export individual color codes and generated palette variables (CSS, Tailwind, etc.) for commercial use without attribution. However, copying the entire software structure, website layout, or design guides of Theme Palette is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

The Theme Palette name, logo, and all related design marks and slogans are trademarks of Coloraccy. You are not permitted to use these marks in any commercial manner that implies direct affiliation or partnership without written consent.

3User-Generated Content & Saving Palettes

Theme Palette offers features that allow users to save or share color palettes. All adjustments made on the platform are handled client-side in your current session. If you choose to publish/submit a design to our public directory (if such a feature is supported), you grant Theme Palette a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that palette configuration.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.

4User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the services. You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of our website, servers, or hosting systems
• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of local laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our color tools, sandboxes, or templates
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to copy our curated color database blocks

5Accuracy of Color Representations

Theme Palette strives to provide accurate color representations through our tools and resources. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your device accurately reflects the true color due to variations in monitor settings, display technologies, and calibration. Color values (HEX, RGB, HSL, CSS Variables) provided on our website are for informational purposes and should be verified against actual design environments.

6Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by Theme Palette or Coloraccy. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
